Sexual Education, Contraception

December 8, 2026
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
ZOOM

Through the support of SB89, this session aims to help foster youth develop a better understanding of their sexual health, explore healthy relationships, and make informed decisions about their bodies and futures.

The discussion will cover different types of birth control and contraception methods, including condoms, birth control pills, implants, injections, and intrauterine devices (IUDs). Participants will learn how these methods work, their effectiveness, and how they can help prevent unintended pregnancies.

Our goal is to create a supportive, respectful, and informative environment where foster youth can ask questions, build confidence, and gain the knowledge they need to make informed choices about their sexual health and well-being
